Adobe Live: Building a Personal Brand

Fun fact: our #1 inquiry this year has been for personal branding and websites. Amidst major shifts in the job market (including mass layoffs, The Great Resignation, and the growth of the passion economy during the pandemic), many of us are trying to figure out how to build an identity that isn’t attached to any one company or even a specific job title. We’re multi-faceted human beings, and if you’re anything like me, there’s a lot of things that you might be interested in, enjoy talking about, or want to explore more.

So, where do you contain all of that stuff and how do you make it make sense externally so you can attract opportunities and invest in those interests? Spending some time developing a personal brand is super helpful for that. A brand is what you’re known for, and you get to decide what you want that to be.

That’s why I headed to the Adobe Live stage to share some of the techniques we use to create standout narratives for our clients while designing a visual identity and website on Adobe Illustrator.
